Sandra Geiger

Sandra Geiger has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Leiterin HR and a member of the management team at Kanton Bern since March 2018, overseeing both the Amt für Bevölkerungsdienste and the Amt für Migration und Personenstand. Previously, Sandra held the position of Leiterin Personal West at Migros Bank from July 2002 to February 2018 and worked as Personalleiterin at the Strassenverkehrs- und Schifffahrtsamt in Kanton Bern from April 1988 to June 2002. Sandra completed advanced HR education at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland, earning a degree in HR management in 2002 and as an HR-Fachfrau in 1996, alongside a Kaufmann degree from WKS KV Bildung attained in 1991.
