Tanja Grimaudo Meyer

Tanja Grimaudo Meyer currently serves as the Vorsteherin Amt für Volksschulen und Sport and leads the Abteilung Sonderpädagogik at Kanton Schwyz since February 2017, with previous experience as the Leiterin Bereich Beratung at Stadt Luzern from September 2015 to December 2016. Tanja held academic positions as a Dozentin at Universität Basel from 2012 to 2015 and led the Schulpsychologischer Dienst in both Kanton Basel-Stadt and Kanton Nidwalden during respective tenures from 2012 to 2015 and 2007 to 2012. Tanja began as a Schulpsychologin at Kanton Schwyz from 2004 to 2007. Educational credentials include a CAS in Decision Making and Leadership from University of Lucerne, a specialization as Fachpsychologin für Kinder- und Jugendpsychologie from SKJP, a doctorate in Sonderpädagogik from Universität Fribourg, and a Lizenziat in Klinische Psychologie from Universität Zürich.
