Prof. Dr. Cornelia Leo

Prof. Dr. Cornelia Leo has had several roles throughout their work experience. Cornelia began their career as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Stanford University School of Medicine in 1998. Following that, they worked as a Fachärztin/Assistenzärztin at Universitätsklinikum Leipzig from 1999 to 2007. In 2009, they joined Universitätsspital Zürich, where they served as a Coordinator at the Breast Center and a Consultant Gynecologist until 2014. Currently, Prof. Dr. Cornelia Leo holds the position of Head at the Interdisciplinary Breast Center at Kantonsspital Baden AG since 2014.

Cornelia Leo, Prof. Dr., has an extensive education history in the field of medicine and gynecology. Cornelia obtained a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from Leipzig University, where they also completed their doctoral thesis. Cornelia further pursued their academic career at Leipzig University, receiving the title of Privatdozentin (PD), which signifies their qualification to give lectures and supervise doctoral candidates in the field of gynecology and obstetrics.
