Kristin Brown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial strategy and planning, primarily within the Kao Corporation since August 2006. Currently serving as Associate Director of Commercial Strategy & Planning for the Americas Region, Kristin leads a team focused on growth through pricing, trade terms, and distribution strategies. Previous roles include Marketing Manager for a multi-channel loyalty program, Brand Manager for the Goldwell brand portfolio, and Procurement Manager overseeing a large volume of line items. Kristin's career began at WebbMason, where responsibilities spanned from coordinating promotional products to managing major sales accounts. Kristin holds a degree in Economics from the University of Maryland.
