Tamilla Yusufzade

Tamilla Yusufzade has extensive experience in human resources, specializing in career and performance management, as well as HR analytics. From July 2020 to May 2022, Tamilla served as the Head of the Career & Performance Management and HR Analytics division at Kapital Bank, after holding the position of Head of Performance & Talent Management and Motivation division. Prior to this, Tamilla worked as a Senior HR Performance Management & Motivation Specialist at Azerbaijan State University of Languages from September 2008 to January 2015. Tamilla holds a Master's degree in International Relations and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and European Studies, both obtained from Azerbaijan State University of Languages.
