Maahi lives in Pune, India, and has completed BBA LLB from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune. She is also a double diploma holder in Corporate Laws and Cyber Law. She carries a professional experience of 10 months and an internship experience of 1.5 years in the legal and compliance sector. As the Corporate Counsel and Contracts Executive at KAPITAL, she is responsible for drafting, managing, and reviewing various contracts and their lifecycle. Further, she is responsible for the policy framework and compliance best practices of the organization. Her major role is also legal advisory and mitigation of risks. She strongly believes in the values of hard work and transparency and believes that adding value is critical in any work that she do.
