Tayla is a passionate environment and sustainability professional with formal qualifications in Environmental Science and Social Science.

Day-to-day, Tayla utilises her knowledge and experience to identify potential environmental hazards and implement management controls. She also works closely with Kapitol's project teams to implement sustainability initiatives with the aim of achieving relevant sustainability ratings on all the sites.

Tayla's love for driving change to better protect the environment is far reaching and she is committed to ensuring that all issues relating to the environment and sustainability are front-and-centre at Kapitol.
