Jennifer Lasater is vice president for the Center for Career Advancement at Purdue Global. Lasater built the Center for Career Advancement and manages a team of more than 40 staff members who provide comprehensive career planning to Purdue Global students and graduates.
Prior to joining Purdue Global, Lasater held various roles in career services and has a background in recruiting and staffing. Lasater earned her Master of Arts in Education in Educational Leadership from Argosy University, a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication from Illinois State University, and a Certificate in Executive Management from the University of Notre Dame. Lasater also has attained the Certified Fellow Manager (CMF) certification from the Institute of Career Certification International.
Lasater is considered a national expert in the field of career services and has been quoted for career-related articles in U.S. News and World Report and The Chicago Tribune, among others. She is an active member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) and was elected to the Board of Directors of NACE. Currently, Lasater serves as President-Elect of NACE.
