Michael Jones has over two decades of experience in operations and management within the educational sector, currently serving as the KPE Director of Campus & Classroom Operations at Kaplan Professional since May 2003. Prior to this role, Michael operated as a self-employed IT Consultant from February 2002 to May 2003 and held the position of Operations/Technical Manager at Unetra Systems Corp. from April 1998 to February 2002. Michael's educational background includes studies at Texas A&M University - Institute of Electronic Science from 1979 to 1981.
