Patricia J. David, PhD, CSM, currently serves as the Director of Academic Services at Kaplan while also holding the position of Owner and Lead Learning Design Consultant at GoldStar ID LLC since July 2017. With over 37 years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development, Patricia has an extensive background in creating effective learning experiences for adult learners across various educational institutions and corporations. Previous roles include lead instructional designer and program manager at Bisk Education and online course developer and adjunct instructor at St. Petersburg College. Patricia's academic credentials include a PhD in Biblical Studies and Theology from Georgetown Wesleyan University of the Americas, as well as several certificates in business strategy and human resource management from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School Online and Michigan State University.
