Anna Andihn

Anna Andihn has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Anna started their career as an HR Trainee/Intern at IKEA in 2000. Anna then moved on to roles such as HR Administrator at Papyrus Sverige AB and Personalchef at Radians Innova. From 2003 to 2011, they worked as an HR Specialist/HR Business Partner at Swedish Match North Europe AB. In 2011, Anna joined KappAhl, where they held the positions of HR Manager and later Vice President HR, Communications & Sustainability.

Anna Andihn completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Human Resource Management from Mid Sweden University in 2001. Anna furthered their education with a degree in Psychology from Augusta State University in 2000. Over the years, Anna acquired various certifications such as DISC Thomas International and OPQ from different institutions. In 2023, they obtained certifications in Human Rights Due Diligence from Aktuell Hållbarhet Utbildning and Bonnier News. Anna also received training in Performance Management from Performance Group in 2005 and Six Sigma certifications from Almhelm Consulting in the same year. Additionally, they pursued leadership development courses and certifications in organizations such as Sentensia, Orjala Consulting, and IHM Business School. Finally, Anna participated in a High Potential Program at IHM Business School in 2016 and earned a certification in Agilt Ledarskap from ProAgile in 2019. Currently, they are undergoing Styrelseutbildning at Västsvenska Handelskammaren since 2021.
