Ásgeir Einarsson

Ásgeir Einarsson has worked in the technology industry since 2006. Ásgeir began their career at Vodafone Iceland as a Technician and Service Representative, and was eventually promoted to Group Leader. In 2011, they joined Advania as a Software Developer where they worked on integration solutions for Icelandair Group, Landspitali - The National University Hospital and others. In 2016, they moved to Icelandair where they held the roles of Salesforce Architect, Software Architect, and Software Developer. In 2022, they joined Kaptio as the Director of Development.

Ásgeir Einarsson has a diverse educational background. Ásgeir attended Fjölbrautaskólinn í Garðabæ from 2002 to 2005, where they studied Natural Sciences. Ásgeir then went on to Reykjavik University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from 2008 to 2011. Ásgeir then returned to Reykjavik University to complete their Master's degree in Information Management from 2020 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications, including Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (November 2019), Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (October 2019), Salesforce Certified Administrator (September 2018), and webMethods 8.2 Certified BPM Developer (September 2012).
