Hitesh Tanwani

Hitesh Tanwani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical implementation and delivery across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Implementation at Kapture CX since January 2024, Hitesh has successfully orchestrated a significant increase in annual revenue through team empowerment and strategic refinement, overseeing over 20 account implementations that enhanced customer satisfaction and improved returns on investment. Prior to this, Hitesh held the role of Director of Technical Delivery at Yellow.ai and progressed through various positions at Nanoheal, Tesco Bengaluru, and Aegis Limited, demonstrating expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project deliveries, and applying Agile methodologies. Hitesh holds an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, completed in 2009.
