Richard Tubman

Richard Tubman is an experienced Senior Estimator at KAR & Larrabee Mechanical Contractors since September 2025, with a solid background in mechanical estimation. Prior experience includes serving as a Mechanical Estimator at The Poole and Kent Corporation from February 2008 to October 2025, where Richard utilized expertise in 3D coordination, field piping, plumbing, and mechanical design to produce accurate pre-construction estimates. Additionally, Richard worked as a Piping Coordinator, overseeing the 3D coordination of mechanical and plumbing systems, and as a Mechanical & Plumbing Drafter at GHT Limited from February 2004 to February 2008, providing drafting and design support. Richard is a graduate of the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 486 Training School, holding a degree as a Master Plumber and Journeyman in HVAC and plumbing code practices, completed in 2014.
