Esra Tunç Görmüş is an accomplished academic and industry professional with extensive experience in geomatic engineering and imagery analytics. Currently serving as a Burnham Lecturer and Researcher at the Royal School of Military Survey since August 2023 and as an Associate Professor at Karadeniz Technical University since June 2022, Esra has previously held positions at Kumi Analytics Pte Ltd as Head of Imagery Analytics, where responsibilities included defining project goals, developing scalable solutions for image fusion technologies, and creating automated solutions. Esra's academic journey includes an Assistant Professorship at Karadeniz Technical University and a Research Assistant role at the University of Bristol, focusing on texture analysis in OCT images for glaucoma diagnosis.
