Gosia Niklinski

Gosia Niklinski is a seasoned project manager and leader with extensive experience in content production and development. Currently serving as Principal Project Manager at Karat since July 2023, Gosia focuses on process improvements, content governance, and cost savings. Prior to this role, Gosia spent a decade at Pluralsight, holding various positions including Director of Content Production, where strategies were implemented to reduce product completion times and enhance on-time delivery. Previously, as Senior Curriculum Manager and Director of Content Acquisition, efforts were made to boost customer engagement and streamline author acquisition processes. Gosia's career began at Jenner & Block, where foundational skills in systems administration were developed. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Network Technologies from DePaul University.
