Laura Rickey

Laura Rickey is an experienced operations and program management professional with a strong background in building and optimizing operational frameworks across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Community Operations at Karat, Laura previously held key roles at Joon Care, where Laura was instrumental in establishing the Operations department and launching new initiatives focused on mental health care for youth. Earlier experience includes significant contributions at Convoy Inc., where Laura led quality performance and training programs that enhanced global operations, and founded a training team that educated over 1,000 employees. Laura also founded Swim Academy, crafting customized swim programs for clients. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Washington and a Professional Sales Certificate from the UW Foster School of Business.
