Pei-fu Hsieh has a diverse and extensive work experience. Pei-fu is the Co-Founder and CEO of Karbon Card since June 2019, where they oversee the issuance of corporate credit cards to Indian startups. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the General Partner at 01VC, focusing on angel and early stage investments in Southeast Asia, with a particular interest in the e-commerce and fin-tech sectors in Indonesia.

In 2015, Pei-fu was the VP International at Mamilove, leading the expansion of their "Community, Content and Commerce" model into Southeast Asia, establishing a strong community of first-time parents, partnerships with local merchants, and logistics & payment processes. Prior to that, they were the Country General Manager of Groupon in 2014, where the company aimed to be the gateway to local commerce.

In 2013, Pei-fu founded and served as the CEO of Easy Taxi Taiwan and successfully made it the third-largest taxi fleet in Taiwan within a few months. Pei-fu has also held executive positions at Zalora, McKinsey & Company, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, NJF Plastic & Lisong Garment, and Lombard Investments, gaining experience in various industries and roles such as CEO, Managing Director, Vice President, and Analyst.

Pei-fu Hsieh obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Chulalongkorn University in the period of 1998 to 2002. Later, Pei-fu Hsieh pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley Haas School of Business from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, Pei-fu Hsieh obtained a certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute in 2008.
