Shubhasheesh Bagchi has diverse work experience in various companies. Shubhasheesh started their career at C-Cubed Solutions in 2013 as a Lead Technical Sales Support Engineer. From there, they moved on to Eatlo in 2015, where they worked as an Operations Manager and later as a Category Manager. In 2016, they joined Niki as a Senior Customer Engagement Executive, responsible for turning India's new Internet users into consumers and leveraging machine learning and Natural Language Processing. After leaving Niki in 2019, they joined KarmaLifeAI as a Customer Operations Manager until 2022. Currently, they work as a Customer Operations Manager at Karbon Card.
Shubhasheesh Bagchi attended RNS Institute Of Technology from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. Additionally, in September 2015, they obtained the CCNP certification from Cisco.
