Boris Radoicic has a diverse and extensive work experience in various management and operational roles. Boris started their career in 2000 at V-ZUG as a Polymechaniker focusing on toolmaking and CNC. Boris then joined Garaventa Lift as a Polymechaniker before transitioning to GS Swiss PCB AG as a Production Department Manager. In 2011, Boris moved to 4B AG as an Operations Manager and later joined Hilti (Schweiz) AG as an Operations Team Manager in 2013. Boris then moved to Hilti Asia Pacific as a Regional Process Manager, responsible for supporting various market organizations in the APAC region and optimizing operational processes. Boris returned to Hilti (Schweiz) AG in 2015 as the Head of Tool Service, leading a team of 40 employees and managing the strategic and operational aspects of the service center. In 2022, they joined ABB as the Head of Operations for ABB E-mobility AG, where they were responsible for the development and optimization of the operations division. Boris is currently working at Kardex as the Managing Director Life Cycle Service Switzerland, overseeing the Swiss service organization and promoting and selling solutions to customers.

Boris Radoicic's education history begins in the year 2000 when they enrolled in GIBZ Gewerblich-industrielles Bildungszentrum Zug for their Berufsausbildung in CNC-geregelte Maschinentechnik/CNC-Maschinist, which they completed in 2004. Following this, they attended ipso Bildung from 2005 to 2007 and obtained a High School Diploma in Prozessmanagement. Boris then pursued further education at ipso Bildung from 2007 to 2009, earning another High School Diploma, this time in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. In 2009, Boris Radoicic enrolled in Fernfachhochschule Schweiz and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Engineering/Industrial Management) in 2012. Boris'seducational journey continued, and most recently, from 2019 to 2021, they attended the University of Zurich, where they obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree with a focus on International Management.
