Nadine Schlimgen

Nadine Schlimgen is an experienced Human Resource professional with a strong background in digital recruiting and HR management. Currently serving as the Human Resource Manager for Global Digital Recruiting at Kardex Mlog since March 2018, Nadine actively sources candidates through platforms like Xing and LinkedIn and coordinates various recruiting projects. Additional responsibilities include planning HR marketing activities and participating in international HR projects. Prior experiences include supporting HR management at Kardex Mlog, an internship in the Human Resource Department at Bosch where Nadine assisted HR Business Partners and organized events, and a preliminary internship at Porsche AG focusing on recruitment processes.
