Susana Alejo Fernandez

Susana Alejo Fernandez serves as the HR Manager for Iberia at Kardex since March 2025 and concurrently works as a clinical psychologist at the Indifferent Minds Foundation. Previously, Susana held HR Manager positions at negratín global services, overseeing HR management and workplace safety while managing a multinational team, and at Finsolutia, where policies were designed to navigate the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Susana's earlier experience includes serving as HR Manager at Zumosol, where crucial restructuring was implemented. Education includes completion of the Advanced Management Program at IE Business School and a Master's in Training Management from CESMA Business School.
