Cindy Chapman

Cindy Chapman has over 30 years of experience in the broadcast journalism industry, currently serving as the Manager of Innovation at KARE 11 since February 1994. In this role, Cindy directs content for multiple newscasts and oversees daily operations involving various crews of reporters, producers, and photographers. Cindy was instrumental in launching "Breaking the News," a nationally recognized program that has redefined traditional television news. Prior to KARE 11, Cindy worked as a Senior Producer for WFRV and WJMN Television Station Inc, where Cindy managed the 6pm and 10pm news. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism from Northwestern State University, earned between 1984 and 1988.
