Brendan Mcmorrow

Brendan Mcmorrow has over 25 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry. Brendan is currently a non-executive director at Karelian Diamond Resources. Brendan has also previously worked as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Circle Oil PLC (COP) from October 2005 to June 2015. Some of their responsibilities included financial and corporate management, strategy, executing corporate transactions, and managing an international finance function. Brendan was also in charge of raising funds via equity, bonds, and bank debt- totaling more than US$300MM. Brendan has also worked as the CFO/Finance Manager at Ivernia Inc from January 2001 to September 2005 where they were responsible for the company's IPO onto the TSX stock exchange. Additionally, they managed transactions with lawyers, tax advisors, investors, and corporate finance teams while also quarterly, semi-annually, and annually reporting to the board, investors, and shareholders.

Brendan Mcmorrow is an accountant who has a degree from the Institute of Technology in Sligo. Brendan is also certified by the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and the Chartered Certified Accountants.
