Vanessa Hoang, CHRL, CHRP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Christian Horizons since May 2022, Vanessa has previously held roles including Human Resources Representative at R.D.J Bakeries and HRIS Administrator at Carizon Family and Community Services. With a strong foundation in talent acquisition and management from positions held at Bayer and GlaxoSmithKline, Vanessa has led recruitment initiatives, developed talent acquisition policies, and supported business managers with HR challenges. Vanessa’s educational background includes a Diploma in Human Resources from Sheridan College and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Foreign Trade University.
