Meredith Reichert

Chief Commercial Officer at Karius

Meredith Reichert started their work experience as a Research Assistant at Sym-Bio Corporation in 2005. Meredith then pursued a PhD at UC Irvine from 2008 to 2013, where they developed transgenic models of Alzheimer's disease and managed multiple projects. After completing their PhD, they joined The Gladstone Institutes as a Postdoctoral Scholar from 2013 to 2014, investigating mechanisms of inflammation in Alzheimer's disease and frontotemporal dementia. In 2015, Meredith joined McKinsey & Company as an Associate Partner and worked there until 2021. During their time at McKinsey, they gained experience in strategy and corporate development. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Corporate Strategy and Development at Karius since 2021 and has since been promoted to Senior Vice President Strategy & Corporate Development and then Chief Commercial Officer.

Meredith Reichert earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2008. From 2008 to 2013, they pursued a Ph.D. in Neurobiology and Behavior at UC Irvine.
