Reema Mehta

Reema Mehta has a strong background in human resources, with experience spanning several companies. Reema began their career in 2014 as a Senior HR Executive at Evolvexl. In 2015, they joined Nutech Engineering Technologies Ltd as an HR Executive, where they worked until 2017. Following that, they worked as a Sr. HR Executive at Shimera Project Lighting (India) LLP from February 2018 to October 2018.

In 2018, Reema joined Frappe as an HR Manager, overseeing various HR functions and leading a team of two. During their time at Frappe, they drafted HR policies, created an internal HR handbook, and implemented various policies such as the Business Code of Conduct and POSH policy. Reema also advised senior management on fair compensation decisions and kept up-to-date with HR trends and best practices. Reema left Frappe in July 2021 after being promoted to the role of Human Resources Director, where they continued to contribute until November 2022.

Most recently, Reema joined Karkhana.io in January 2023 as the People and Culture Head, a position in which they are currently serving.

Reema Mehta completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree at Mithibai College from 2007 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Master of Commerce degree in Management at the same institution from 2012 to 2014.
