Priyesh Shah

Priyesh Shah serves as the Global Head of Customer Experience at KARL STORZ VentureONE since April 2023, leading the development of innovative AI and robotic surgical solutions. Prior to this role, Priyesh gained extensive experience at Salesforce from February 2017 to March 2023, where responsibilities included managing strategic partnerships and enhancing customer success across an Enterprise portfolio in the APAC region. Previous roles include Vice President at Credit Suisse, where leadership in digital projects significantly increased user engagement, and a Business Systems Consultant at AIG, overseeing financial operations for a global insurance leader. Priyesh's career also includes positions at Risk Management Solutions and Deloitte Consulting, focusing on system analysis and project management. Priyesh holds an MBA in Strategy, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a B.S. in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University.
