Joe Prochot

Joe Prochot is currently the Vice President of Development at Karlin Real Estate and has held similar positions at American Campus Communities and AECOM Hunt in the past. With a background in project management and sustainable design, Joe's experience spans over a decade in the real estate and construction industry. Joe holds a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance and Investment from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, and a bachelor's degree from Purdue University.
