Ashi U.

Ashi U. has a diverse and extensive work experience. They most recently held the position of Vice President Supply Chain at Karma Automotive, starting in January 2024. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director Vehicle Programs and Supply Chain at the same company from December 2022 to January 2024.

Prior to joining Karma Automotive, Ashi U. worked as the COO at Agrati Group from May 2019 to December 2022. They also held the additional role of COO Agrati North America during this time.

Before their tenure at Agrati Group, Ashi U. was the Vice President Of Business Development at ATC Drivetrain from August 2018 to May 2019. They also held the position of Senior Director Business Development at the same company from March 2018 to July 2018.

Ashi U. has also gained experience as the President of Kamax LP from November 2011 to February 2018.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Schaeffler as the Executive VP Sales and Marketing from September 1999 to October 2011.

Their career began at LuK USA LLC, where Ashi U. served as the Sales Manager from September 1995 to September 1999. During their time at LuK USA LLC, they played a pivotal role in developing and marketing modern technology for self-adjusting clutches, which became the foundation for future developments in the double clutch system.

Ashi U. completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University from 1991 to 1994. In 2008, they also completed a General Management Program with a focus on Developing Global Strategy at Duke Corporate Education.
