Joseph Antonishek is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in executive chef roles across various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as Group Executive Chef- Global at Karma Group Global since April 2018, Joseph oversees culinary and F&B operations for 48 resorts worldwide, based in Bali. Previous positions include Senior Executive Chef SEAP and Executive Chef at Karma Kandara, as well as roles at Petit Ermitage, Canggu Club, Green Street Tavern, and other notable venues. Joseph has a strong track record in kitchen design, menu development, staff training, and operational management, complemented by an AOS Degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
