Melva Encabo has a wide range of work experience. Melva began their career in 2015 as an Entrepreneur Intern at the University of Southeastern Philippines. In 2016, they took on a role as a Chat and E-mail Support at Sutherland. In 2017, they were a Customer Service Specialist at IBEX, where they assisted with billing concerns and provided assistance in billing and sales to frequent callers. In 2018, they were a Sales Service Representative at VXI Global Solutions, LLC. In 2020, they were Self-employed and a Virtual Assistant at both Ecommerce Business and Go2. In 2021, they were a Customer Care Associate at CRI Genetics. Currently, they are a Renter Happiness Agent at Getaround.
Melva Encabo attended the University of Southeastern Philippines from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship. Melva also holds a Certificate of Participation on Selling Skills Workshop; Handling Objections and Sales; and Professional Image Training.
