Shantanu Gharpure

Shantanu Gharpure currently serves as the Lead for Corporate Strategy & Fundraising at Karma Primary Healthcare, focusing on investor relations and fundraising efforts to support organizational growth. Prior experience includes working as a Program Manager for New Initiatives at Absolute®, where Shantanu contributed to M&A integration and the creation of India's first parametric insurance marketplace for farmers. At A.T.E. Chandra Foundation, Shantanu held roles including External Consultant and Senior Program Officer, coordinating Covid-19 relief efforts and managing projects aimed at addressing water and agriculture issues in rural India. Shantanu's background also includes a position as Public Policy Manager at Political EDGE, enhancing political strategy in Mumbai.
