Enida Broca

Enida Broca currently serves as the Head of Strategic Partnerships at Karma, starting in March 2025, where responsibilities include managing sales campaigns and utilizing sales enablement software along with a diverse skill set. Previously, Enida worked as a contractor at AZ Consulting from March 2023 to March 2025, focusing on problem-solving and HHA Exchange. Enida’s experience also includes the role of Sales Development Representative at BIScience from February 2023 to February 2025, specializing in advertising sales and performance measurement, as well as a brief tenure in the same position at CGI Backgrounds in early 2024. Enida began a career in administration as an Administrative Assistant at Renaissance Elite Club in early 2023. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from the European University of Tirana and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Università degli Studi Bari.
