Nitzan Bar David has been working in the field of employee experience and employer branding since 2022, when they began working as an Employee Experience & Employer Branding Specialist at Karma. Prior to that, they worked as a Production Manager at ONE PROJECT by Azrieli from 2020 to 2022, and as a Customer Relations Manager at Havas Tel Aviv (Inbar Merhav G) from 2016 to 2020.

Nitzan Bar David attended The Open University of Israel.
