Srikar Chinam

Srikar Chinam began their work experience in 2014 as an Operations Analyst Intern for FreshDirect, where they led a project that increased the company's warehouse capacity and reduced imperfect orders. Srikar then served as a Part-time consultant for FreshDirect, developing an optimization model to minimize the risk of items damaging each other during delivery. In 2015, they worked as a Resident Roundtable Fellow at International House. From 2016 to 2019, Srikar worked at McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst and later as a Senior Business Analyst, advising fortune 500 companies on various topics such as strategy, corporate finance, and transformation. At Intuit, where Srikar worked from 2019 to 2023, they held positions as a Corporate Strategy Manager and a Senior Product Manager. In these roles, they led strategic initiatives, including the creation of QuickBooks Payments' Automatic-match feature and the development of a VAR program for QuickBooks' mid-market strategy. Currently, Srikar is the CEO and Co-founder of KarmaSuite since 2023.

Srikar Chinam has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Management Science and Engineering (MS&E) from Columbia University, which they obtained in 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Industrial and Production Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology in 2014.

Additionally, Srikar has obtained several certifications. In 2015, they received Coursera Verified Certificates for completing courses in Practical Machine Learning and R Programming. In 2012, they obtained the Goethe-Zertifikat A1: Start Deutsch 1 from the Goethe Institut. Also in 2012, they obtained the Level 3 Certificate in Graded Examination in Music Performance (Grade 8 Violin) from Trinity College London. Lastly, in 2004, they obtained the Level 1 Certificate in Graded Examination in Music Performance (Grade 3 Piano) from Trinity College London.
