Akash Gupta has extensive experience in customer success and core team roles across various companies, currently working at Karnival since May 2021, focusing on customer engagement for retailers and D2C brands. Prior to this role, Akash contributed to mCaffeine and Pep Salons as part of the core team from October 2016 to May 2021 and November 2015 to September 2016, respectively, under Pep Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Additionally, Akash served as a resident entrepreneur at PLANiN.XYZ from October 2014 to November 2015 and held software engineer positions at Empowerment Technology and Flick2Know in 2013 and 2012. Akash holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, obtained between 2010 and 2014.
