Kavya Balachandran

Kavya Balachandran has a diverse work experience in various roles related to supply chain management and process engineering. Kavya worked as a Supply Planner and Team Lead at Karo Healthcare from 2023. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Supply Chain Trainee at Set supply chain professionals in 2022 and as a Supply Planner at UGI International from 2022 to 2023. Kavya also served as a Senior Manager at Shadowfax from 2021 to 2022, where they focused on optimizing the delivery partner hiring funnel and leading a large call center team. Kavya completed a summer internship at ACT FIBERNET in 2020, where they worked on improving call center agent performance. Kavya's earlier experience includes working as a Process Engineer at Reliance Industries Limited from 2017 to 2019.

Kavya Balachandran completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut in 2017. Kavya then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai from 2019 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, Kavya has obtained certifications in Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI and Machine Learning and Data Science from Udemy, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Advanced Innovation Group Pro Excellence (AIGPE) in 2020.
