Michael Kaltenborn

Michael Kaltenborn is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer at Karo Healthcare since February 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing strategy, business development, mergers and acquisitions, separation/integration, and legal affairs for a globally recognized digital consumer healthcare platform. Prior to Karo, Michael held significant roles at Bayer from October 2007 to February 2023, culminating as the Global Head of M&A for the consumer health division and as America's Hub Leader for business development and integration efforts. Earlier in his career, Michael worked at EY as a Manager from 2002 to 2007 and held vice president positions in M&A for Consumer Healthcare and Chemicals. Michael holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Münster and furthered education at IMD from 2017 to 2020.
