Lina Rowland

Lina Rowland currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Karolinska Institutet's Department of Medical Biochemistry and Biophysics since December 2023. Previously, Lina held various HR roles at Karolinska Institutet, including HR Manager and HR Coordinator, starting in August 2012. Prior experience includes working as an HR Consultant at McDonald's from October 2008 to August 2012, an HR Generalist at IKEA Group from March 2007 to October 2008, and as a Recruiter at Kronofogdemyndigheten from August 2006 to February 2007. Lina holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Blekinge Institute of Technology, completed in 2007.
