Amine Amerniss has had a long and varied career. Amine began their professional life in 2006 as a Conseiller client at MCC (Marketing Call Center). In 2008, they moved to ADM VALUE as an Informaticien. In 2010, they were a Conseiller technico-commercial at Deewigo. Amine then joined MetLife in 2013 as a Développeur Concepteur Hermès/Vocalcom. In 2016, they became Responsable support applicatif and Developpeur Concepteur Hermès/vocalcom at Webhelp. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Responsable support et formation utilisateurs at Karomi Technology Private Limited.
Amine Amerniss obtained a Diplome universitaire en Technologie from Ecole Supérieure de Technologie in the field of Sciences informatiques et de l'information et services apparentés between 2004 and 2006. In February 2021, they obtained an ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert. Amine also holds an ACD Administrator Certification from NICE CXone, obtained in October 2022.
