Abigail Gardner

Abigail Gardner is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in health technology. Currently serving as the Director of Product at Karoo Health since August 2025, Gardner previously worked as a Product Manager at Brightside Health, where notable achievements included leading the development of an Electronic Health Record system, enhancing clinical decision-making tools, and streamlining workflows through AI integration. Prior experience at Vida Health involved launching multiple product offerings, implementing user research processes, and facilitating the introduction of bilingual prescribing services. Earlier work includes a research assistant position at Stanford University focused on neurobiology and autism research, along with outreach efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic with The FarmLink Project. Gardner holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Stanford University, with a concentration in Psychopathology and Neuroplasticity.
