Benji Varner

Hailing from the great state of Texas, Benji Varner is a USMC Combat Veteran (3rd Bn, 1st Marines) with over 20 years in leadership and operational management experience. Benji has a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership. Benji is also trained professional mediator and a certified professional coach. Having spent so much time working in highly technical industries ranging from refining to industrial manufacturing and now IT, his career has provided him the opportunity to learn from inside complex systems across a myriad of environments through the eyes of a broad range of professional colleagues. As their Executive Director of Operations Benji oversees the onboarding of new clients, support of current clients, process improvement, and stewards the culture of their organization.
