Mr. FONG Hoi Shing was appointed as an independent non-executive Director in December 2004. He has extensive experience in accounting, finance and management. He holds a master's degree in professional accounting, a postgraduate diploma in corporate administration and a higher diploma in accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an Associate of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
