Francois Janse van Rensburg

Francois Janse van Rensburg has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Francois started their career as an Audit Manager at PwC South Africa in 1997 and worked there until 2003. Following that, they joined PwC UK as an Audit Manager until 2005. In 2005, they became an International Finance Manager at Colt Technology Services for a short period before moving on to Eleco plc as their Group Chief Accountant from 2006 to 2007. Francois then joined Diageo and held various roles including Business Analyst, Financial Controller, Head of Finance, and Africa Decision Support Manager from 2007 to 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Britvic Soft Drinks plc as a Senior Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis. Currently, they are Finance Director at Karro Food Group, and they have also previously held the role of Group Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in the same organization.

Francois Janse van Rensburg completed a Bachelor's Degree in Theory of Accounting from the University of Pretoria in 1996. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (Hons) Accounting Science from the same university between 1993 and 1996. Francois also holds additional certifications as a Chartered Accountant (SA) from SAICA CA(SA) and as a Fellow Chartered Accountant from ICAEW.
