Christel Brown

Christel Brown is the Senior Director of Contracts at Karsun Solutions. She is a seasoned contract professional with a wealth of experience in the federal government and civilian contracting. She has directed and managed the work of contracts professionals supporting a portfolio of Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Education, Federal Aviation Administration, Federal Bureau of Investigation contracts as well as the US Census Bureau, US Patent & Trademark Office, and various military health and state and local civilian agencies. She has directed cradle to grave contracts and subcontracts administration, pricing and proposal preparation, organizational conflicts of interest reviews and resolution, personal information/personal health information inventory implementation, and compliance and audit administration. She studied Procurement and Contracts Management at the University of Virginia Northern Technical Center, Business Administration at the Washington Technical Institute, and is a member of the National Contract Management Association.
