Dahlia Adel has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. dahlia started their career as a Human Resources Specialist at Ejada United in 2015, where they were responsible for hiring and onboarding new employees. In 2016, they transitioned to become a Frontend Developer at Trust, specializing in HTML, CSS, and WordPress. After two years, they joined Vodafone as an Account Handler, managing client accounts and gathering requirements for user stories. In 2019, they moved to Etisalat Misr as a Customer Care Specialist, handling clients' accounts and collaborating with billing departments. In 2021, they worked at Telecom Egypt as a Technical Support Specialist, providing technical assistance to customers. Most recently, Dahlia Adel held the position of Software Test Engineer at an undisclosed company in 2021 and will continue in the same role at KartNGo starting in 2023.
