Art Thomas has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Art currently holds the position of Sr. Director HCP Marketing at Karuna Therapeutics, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals for many years, holding various roles including Lead Commercial Analytics Business Partners, Sr. Director Commercial Analytics Business Partner, Area Sales Director Northeast, Neurology, Director Of Business Operations, Psychiatry, Sales Lead, and Regional Business Manager. Before Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, Art worked at Santarus, Inc., where they held the titles of Sr. Manager Marketing and Regional Business Manager. Art began their career at Aventis Pharmaceuticals as a Sales Representative.

Art Thomas completed their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1997. Art then pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing & Sales Management, which they obtained from the same institute from 1997 to 2002.
