Jim Audia

Jim Audia began their work experience in 1986 as a Post Doc at Yale University. Jim then worked at Eli Lilly & Company from 2000 to 2010, holding positions such as Executive Director Discovery Chemistry and Distinguished Scholar. From 2011 to 2017, they served as Chief Scientific Officer and Independent Board Director at Constellation Pharmaceuticals. Jim also worked as an Independent Board Director and Scientific Advisor at Ribon Therapeutics from 2018 onwards. In 2017, they became Executive Director at Chicago Biomedical Consortium until 2019. In the same year, they took on roles as Entrepreneur In Residence and Consultant at Third Rock Ventures and Senior Advisor and Consultant at Karuna Therapeutics. Since 2019, they have been the President of Audia Consulting, LLC. Most recently, they joined FLARE Therapeutics in 2021 as EVP Drug Discovery & Early Development and Founding Scientist.

Jim Audia obtained a Bachelor of Science and a Ph.D. degree in Chemistry from the University of South Carolina. Jim pursued their education at the university from 1975 to 1985.
