Michael Popiolek

Michael Popiolek has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Michael began their career as a Scientist at Wyeth Ayerst Laboratories in 2003, where they worked until 2010. Following that, they joined Pfizer as a Senior Scientist, holding this position for eight years. In 2018, they transitioned to Sage Therapeutics, where they served as a Principal Scientist until 2020. Currently, they are a Senior Principal Scientist at Karuna Therapeutics, a position they have held since June 2020.

Michael Popiolek attended Rutgers University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology. Michael further pursued their education at Universit College London from 2006 to 2010, completing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Pharmacology.
